Employee Is Injured in Fall to Pavement

On March 3, 2007, Employee #1, a sales worker, tripped over a 0.75-inch lip of a driveway, lost his balance, and fell. He rolled 16 feet down the driveway and hit the garage door. He tried to break his fall before he hit the pavement, and injured his right wrist. He also injured his hip either when he fell onto the pavement, or when he struck the garage door. He was hospitalized for treatment.
