Investigation Summary
Employee #1, a watermelon field worker, was riding on a trailer full of watermelons. The trailer was being pulled by a CASE 7150 tractor. Employee #1 slipped and fell off of the right passenger side of the trailer in front of the dual wheel/axle. The trailer ran over Employee #1, resulting in his death.
