Employee Is Pinned by Loader and Is Injured

Employee #1 attempted to detach a forklift attachment to a skid-steer loader which was jammed. Employee #1's supervisor started the machine and attempted to wiggle the mount pins loose by operating the tilt control. This pinched Employee #1 between the forklift backrest and the truck frame causing serious bruising and minor abrasion but no fractures. Employee #1 was hospitalized overnight for observation and released to work.
