Investigation Summary
Employee #1, a commercial truck driver hauling shavings from a mill to a plant, was discovered on the ground after being observed on the top of the trailer while tarping his load. Employee #1 sustained a brain contusion, a basilar skull fracture, and blunt head trauma and was killed. The County Coroner believes these injuries to be consistent with a fall from a height.
