Employee Is Killed When Caught in Grain Chute

On April 6, 2006, Employee #1 was entering an elevated grain bin to unclog the chute that went into the cleaner. He was later found in the bottom of the grain bin and was nonresponsive. Emergency services responded, but he could not be revived.
