Employee Injures Back While Lifting Printer

On August 18, 2004, an employee, while working in Building 54 Department 17, lifted a printer and reinjured his left lower back. The employee reported the incident to his supervisor and went to the dispensary where it was determined to be a sprain or strain of the lower back. On May 6 2008, the employee admitted himself into the Regional Medical Center of Moreno Valley for surgery on his lower left back area.
