Employee Dies of Heart Attack

At approximately 8:20 p.m. on May 9, 2008, Employee #1, a lightline operator, was in the molding department and took a break to use the restroom. Later, a coworker entered the restroom and heard rustling noises from the stall. The coworker called out to the occupant and received no answer. He then looked into the stall and observed Employee #1 partially off of the toilet and in medical distress. Employee #1 died of a heart attack.
