Employee's Finger Is Amputated by Scissor Lift

Employee #1 had finished installing pipe and was lowering himself in a scissor lift. His right hand was on the guard railing when his right index finger caught between the guardrail and the strut, amputating the tip of his finger. Employee #1 was not hospitalized.
