Employee Fractures Arm and Ankle in Fall from Roof

On September 12, 2006, Employee #1 was working on a roof of two-story building located in Milpitas, California. He was applying an asphalt and a paper to the near the West parapet wall of the Terrace Gardens building Number B. Employee #1 went on top of the wall without a fall protection and while walking, he slipped and fell 21 ft to the side walk. He broke his arm and ankle. Employee #1 was transported to the Regional Medical Center of San Jose and was hospitalized by September 15, 2006.
