Investigation Summary
On February 28, 2006, Employee #1, an employee of Valley Interior Systems, Inc., was installing metal framework for a box gutter on the exterior of a new school. Employee #1 was secured in the basket of a JLG Aerial Lift, Model Number 800AJ. For some reason, the lift overturned. Employee #1 fell approximately 67 ft in the lift. Employee #1 was flown to a hospital, where he later died.
