Employee Dies from a Heart Attack Operating a Machine

On May 13, 2006, Employee #1 was operating a DK5 machine, when he collapsed and fell side ways. He was discovered bleeding from the back of his head, where he had struck the toe board for the platform where he was working. He had a history of heart related problems including a pacemaker and bypass surgery. Employee #1 died.
