Employee Punctures Back with Nail from Pnuematic Fastener

Employee #1 backed into a Senco SCN 60 pneumatic fastener, held by his coworker. The pneumatic fastener discharged and drove a 2.875 in., 10p duplex coil nail into Employee #1's upper middle back. Employee #1 was hospitalized for seven days.
