Employee Is Killed When Crushed by Falling Object

On December 22, 2009, Employee #1 was occupying a vehicle, as another employee operated a straddle carrier. The straddle carrier struck a light pole and caused it to fall. The 100 ft pole fell, striking the vehicle where Employee #1 sat inside. He was killed due to the impact of the falling pole.
