Employee Is Struck by Falling Wall and Dies Later

On March 7, 2006, Employee #1 and four coworkers were lifting a frame wall into place when the frame wall broke loose striking Employee #1 on the back of his head. Employee #1 suffered a small laceration and was taken to a doctor and received stitches. Employee #1 returned to work the same day. Employee #1 began having headaches and vomited. The next day Employee #1 was admitted to the hospital with worsening headache and getting lethargic. Employee #1 was admitted to hospital where it was discovered he had a rare blood disorder and was later transferred to a hospice. Employee #1 died on March 30, 2006.
