Employee electrocuted applying caulk on roof

On October 5, 2007, Employee #1 was applying caulk on the roof of an apartment building when his leg touched a metal pipe leading to an AC condenser. He put his hand on the metal flashing surrounding the top of the parapet wall, and was electrocuted.
