Employee Falls from Ladder and Dies

At approximately 1:00 p.m. on March 22, 2006, Employee #1, a technical operator, was working on a cable line as the result of a service call. He was on a ladder, approximately 18 to 20 ft high, when he fell to the ground. He was hospitalized and died on April 7, 2006.
