Employee Catches Arm in Conveyor

On May 26, 2006, Employee #1 was sweeping around a drag conveyor. He noticed that the paddles, which were still moving, were becoming packed with material. He was injured when he reached into the conveyor to clean off the paddles and his arm got caught in the conveyor. He received an open wound on his arm. The guard on the machine was not in place.
