Investigation Summary
On May 22, 2007, Employee #1, a school crossing guard, was directing traffic while standing in the middle of a road. A vehicle, driven by an elderly person, failed to stop and struck another vehicle entering the main road. This vehicle struck and rolled over Employee #1, who was killed.
