Employee Dies from Heart Attack While Laying Bricks

At approximately 1:30 p.m. on November 10, 2005, Employee #1, working for a masonry contractor, was on the ground level working on the tenth row of standard brick, when he bent over and fell to the ground. The Medical Examiner's report, received on December 23, 2005, stated that the employee died of a heart attack.
