Investigation Summary
On September 14, 2005, Employee #1 was operating a remote control to a rolling tamper and apparently stepped into the path of a dump truck that was backing up the hill. Employee #1 had his back to the dump truck when it struck him. The dual back tires ran over the employee who was pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel.
