Employee Is Killed in Fall from a Stacker Platform

On September 14, 2005, Employee #1 fell from a stacker platform. The employee fell approximately 2 ft 2 in. to concrete floor while stacking mulch bags. The employee was transported to Duke University Hospital where he later died.
