Employee's Head Is Injured in Fall from Ladder

On September 28, 2008, Employee #1 was replacing an acoustical ceiling in a bank remodel. He was descending a rolling scaffold manufactured by Perry, measuring 29.5-in. wide by 6-ft long by 6-ft high, using a ladder. He lost his balance and fell 6 ft to the ground, hitting his head. Employee #1 was hospitalized for approximately four weeks for a head injury.
