Investigation Summary
On February 13, 2006, Employee #1 was spray washing an amusement park ride. Following spray washing the ride, Employee #1 got in a small Appleton pontoon boat to travel back to the dock for a rest. While traveling to the dock, he leaned against the side rails of the boat. The rails collapsed, and Employee #1 fell into the water and drowned.
