Employee Is Killed in Fall from Roof

On April 3, 2006, Employee #1 was removing snow from a roof, when he lost his balance and slid off the roof. He fell and landed on a caisson that was being stored below the roof. In the collision with the caisson, he struck his head upon the object, sustaining a head injury that killed him.
