Two Employees Are Injured When Guardrail Collapses

Employee #1 and Employee #2 were hoisting a 5-gallon bucket of water hand-over-hand with a rope while leaning over or through a guardrail. Both employees fell approximately 24 ft to the ground when the guardrail collapsed. Both employees suffered fractures to the arms and feet as well as lacerations and both were hospitalized.
