Employee Is Injured in Fall from Scaffold

On August 9, 2005, Employee #1, a painter, was working from a catenary scaffold. He fell from the scaffold, hitting a concrete slope below and slid into a concrete pillar. Employee #1 was hospitalized and treated for multiple injures, one of which was a broken leg.
