Employee Is Killed When Struck by Lightning

At 5:30 p.m. on July 27, 2006, Employee #1 and four coworkers were reroofing a residential house. The work crew left the roof because of an approaching thunderstorm. As they were departing, the employee went to retrieve a tool from the roof and was struck by lightning. Employee #1 was killed.
