Employee Is Killed in Fall Through Skylight
On October 6, 2005, Employee #1 accessed the west side of roof where the company was storing their roofing materials. Employee #1 stepped through a fiberglass skylight that had been unguarded since the job was initiated six days before. Employee #1 died as a result of a 31-ft fall.
