Employee Is Killed in Fall from Ground Level

On October 13, 2005, Employee #1 was engaged in his general job duties. He was found face down on the floor and with his arms at his sides. Employee #1 was killed when he injured his head. The autopsy revealed that Employee #1's death was due to the closed head trauma caused by a fall from the ground level. Employee #1 had also a severe heart disease, which could have contributed to the fall, trip, or passing out.
