Employee Is Killed When Fall from Roof

At approximately 10:30 a.m., on September 12, 2005, Employee #1 and Employee #2 were preparing to move a storage tank in Plant 5 farm. Employee #1 started welding on top of the tank an explosion occurred. He fell off the tank to concrete and Employee #2 was thrown from roof of building. Employee #1 and Employee #2 were taken to hospital. Employee #1 died at the hospital and Employee #2 was hospitalized for injuries.
