Employee Setting Up Mobile Home Is Killed When Home Shifts

On July 13, 2005, Employee #1 and some coworkers were setting up a mobile home on a lot in a trailer park. The trailer was on a slight slope. When it began to rain, the workers pulled plastic sheets over the two halves to protect the trailer. Employee #1 walked 3 to 4 feet in between the two halves. He was adjusting the plastic sheets, when the back half began to move. He was pinned between the two halves. He was killed.
