Employee Is Killed in Fall from Ladder

On January 13, 2007, Employee #1 was working on the exterior of a house. He leaned a ladder against the corner of the structure. A coworker was holding the ladder. Employee #1 had climbed approximately seven ft when the ladder slipped. The coworker was unable to hold the ladder in place. Employee #1 was killed when he fell and struck his head and neck on the ground.
