Employee Is Killed in Fall from Platform

On October 28, 2005, Employee #1, a maintenance supervisor, climbed off of a work platform and onto an area to check to see if the screw was broken. He fell, hit a six-inch steel elbow, and landed on the concrete floor, 20 feet below. He died as a result of his injuries.
