Employee Found Dead on Loading Dock

On April 20, 2005, Employee #1 and a coworker, truck drivers, were loading empty pallets from a supermarket dock onto their tractor trailer. The coworker walked out of the trailer and found Employee #1 lying on the dock. Employee #1 was hospitalized with a head wound and eventually died.
