Employee's Amputates Leg When Rock Falls from a Truck

On February 15, 2005, Employee #1 was delivering a load of large rocks in a dump truck. While opening the tailgate he was struck on the leg by large rock that fell off the dump truck. Employee #1's leg was amputated and he was hospitalized.
