Employee Sustains Injury to Groin in Fall from Platform

At approximately 7:30 a.m. on July 3, 2005, Employee #1 and a coworker were laying down plywood sheets onto an elevated temporary stage platform, when Employee #1 stepped off the metal frame of the platform. He fell three feet, striking a metal cross brace and sustaining an unspecified injury to his groin. He was hospitalized.
