Employee Injured in Fall from Scissorlift

Employee #1 was preparing and installing drywall for the construction of the Berean Church in Mitchell, NE. A scissor lift had been used to take sheets of plywood to a second floor. The two end rails were removed from the scissor lift so that the plywood could fit. Employee #1 fell approximately 21 feet from the scissor lift to the concrete ground floor. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
