Employee Is Injured When Struck by Truck

On October 31, 2005, Employee #1, a truck driver, was walking across a tractor-trailer parking lot at night. Simultaneously, two workers responded to a maintenance request and were driving through the parking lot. The workers made a sharp turn around a row of parked trucks and struck Employee #1. Employee #1 was taken to a local hospital where he was treated for a foot injury.
