Employee Is Injured When He Falls from a Scaffold

On October 19, 2005, Employee #1, working for a drywall company, was on a 4-ft Baker-Type scaffold. The scaffold was in good shape and was being used correctly, and Employee #1 had received scaffold training. Employee #1 either fell or stepped off the scaffold and received neck and shoulder injuries and a concussion.
