Employee's Fingers Are Shocked Plugging in Refrigerator
On February 17, 2005, Employee #1 leaned over a metal prep table and received a shock when he plugged a refrigerator into a receptacle. Apparently, Employee #1's finger touched the blade of the plug. He received an electrical shock in his fingers and was hospitalized.
