Employee Is Killed When Run over by Forklift

At approximately 10:00 a.m. on December 22, 2005, Employee #1 was standing on Dock 30 verifying and recording information from steel coils that were being loaded onto a flatbed trailer for shipping. He was run over and killed by an 8,800-pound Caterpillar forklift that was backing up after loading a coil onto the trailer.
