Employee Dies after Fall

On February 21, 2006, Employee #1 exited the rear entrance of a shop through an overhead door to move a personal vehicle in an alley. Upon re-entering the shop, she fell onto the floor in the "garbage room." There were no witnesses to the fall. After a coworker heard a noise, he found Employee #1 on the floor. She requested assistance up from the floor; however, the coworker insisted she remain still while awaiting emergency responders. Employee #1 was hospitalized at PAMC for fractured neck.
