Employee Dies of Cardiac Arrhythmia

On December 30, 2004, when Employee #1 did not return home from work, his son went to his father's workplace. The son found his father on the seat of a forklift with his head on the floor. The forklift was still running. The son immediately called 911. Fire fighters who responded found high levels of CO. The Medical Examiner's reported the cause of death as acute cardiac arrhythmia.
