Employee Amputates Finger Clearing Clogged Machine

Employee #1 was trying to unclog a Glue Pot using a screwdriver. The screwdriver slipped and went one way while Employee #1's fingers went into machine cutting his right index finger and thumb. Employee #1 suffered an amputation but was not hospitalized.
