Employee is injured after run over by forklift

At approximately 3:00 p.m. on September 1, 2004, an employee, a temporary laborer, walked between the right front and rear tires of a moving rough-terrain forklift as he was trying to communicate with the operator, he was run over. The operator did not stop or notice that the employee had stepped towards the forklift and continued traveling forward and parked next to a stack of plywood. The employee was hospitalized and treated fractures.
