Employee Is Killed When Caught in Machine

On February 14, 2005, Employee #1 was on the opposite side of a bolster when the setup change was started. She was aware that the change was being made, as she had to move the pedestal control to the south side of the press to prevent the bolster from running over the cable. Sensors in the press shut it down when the bolster couldn't align. Employee #1 was caught in the nip point preventing alignment, and was killed.
