Employee Dies after Being Caught Between Equipment

On October 26, 2005, Employee #1 was unfastening tie down straps on a trailer to unload it, when the forklift he had been driving rolled forward. His abdomen was caught between the trailer and the forklift, and he sustained a fracture. He was taken to a local hospital. He died a day later from the injuries he sustained in the accident.
