Employee Dies of Heart Attack on the Job

On August 9, 2004, Employee #1 had reported to work when he told his supervisor that he did not feel good and said to summon emergency medical services. The supervisor summoned emergency medical services and then Employee #1 slumped over and could not be revived. The cause of death was a heart attack.
