Employee is killed in fall while painting

Employee #1 and a coworker were painting the bag house of asphalt plant. The coworker attached a rope to the guardrail at the top of the house and lowered Employee #1 down while he painted the side of the house. After the first pass down they decided to attempt another pass. This time, the rope that was attached to Employee #1's safety harness broke and he fell to the ground. He was killed in the fall.
