Employee killed after being runover by trailer

On April 8, 2004, Employee #1, a truck driver, was under the rear trailer of a tractor/dual trailer unit. A mechanic was moving the tractor/dual trailer unit forward in the Maintenance Shop and did not know the driver was under the rear trailer. The right side wheels on the rear axle of the rear trailer ran over the employee. Employee #1 was killed.
